Just a few months ago we landed there on a Carnival Cruise and learned firsthand of the many tours available for cruise people and regular tourists as well.
If you want to know Cozumel, come here for at least a week.
There are other tours in the Mayan Riviera. It is a short 45 minutes ferry ride to Playa del Carmen.
Hop on your motorcycle and explore the ancient Mayan town of Cedral, and to Punta Cedralin, for a breathtaking view from atop of the lighthouse. There is a museum on site. Enjoy the beach and head west crossing the island to the town of San Miguel Cozumel.
• Discover Mexico Park
Visit this park for a true Mexican experience. Learn about one of the richest cultures of the world. View the video presentation and enjoy the best of Mexican artisans.
• Fly High Adventures Zip Line Tour
This is a one of a kind adventure viewing the Caribbean Sea and the Mayan Jungle. Wear your equipment, listen to instructions and glide through the jungle on a system of two cables and enjoy every moment as you “fly” from one platform to the other.

• Sunset Horseback - The Mayan Experience
Start at the west side of the island at the Buena Vista Ranch. You’ll be fitted with horse that suits you better and begin your ride. You’ll get a first hand touch of the jungle and the caves, like the one called the Jaguar Warrior. Back at the ranch a sumptuous Mexican dinner will be awaiting.
• Mayan Ruins & Beach
Visit the San Gervasio archaeological site. Listen to your guide as he/she shares fascinating histories of this unbelievable civilization that flourished in those lands 1,200 years ago. Then go for a swim, play volleyball or just lay back and relax at the white sand, protected by an umbrella
• Parasailing in Paradise
Starting at the pier, you meet your guide and are directed to a parasail boat. Once the boat takes speed you will be lifted to the air and fly over the blue waters of the Caribbean. I don’t know a better way to see Cozumel from the air.
• Cozumel Golf & Country Club
This is the only professional Golf Club in Cozumel. It was built around the natural vegetation of the island. It is located near downtown Cozumel.
