Recommended resorts in Jamaica

I recommend the following resorts for a great Jamaica Vacation

Royal Plantation Ocho Rios Jamaica

Caribbean most exclusive boutique resort

Built in the glamorous 1950’s, during a time characterized by extraordinary old-world luxury, this serene sanctuary still maintains a stellar reputation as one of Jamaica’s most exquisite resort-inns. Royal Plantation sits on a bluff soaring 25 feet above the shimmering Caribbean, granting each and every one of its 74 sumptuous suites heart-stopping views of the ocean. Bask blissfully on our spectacular twin beaches—glorious golden-sand coves where you can spend countless hours soaking in the sunshine and sipping on "mangosas," delivered ice-cold and sparkling to your hands by unobtrusive beach butlers.

Ritz Carlton Golf & Spa Resort, Rose Hall, Jamaica

Sequester yourself on a private beach with pristine sand, shimmering waters and lush, green mountains rising in the background. Unwind to the rhythmic sounds of Reggae and treat your palate to authentic Caribbean flavors. Glide along rivers in the island’s lush interior or swim with horses in the ocean spray. Whether you want to laze in the sun or seek out adventure, The Ritz-Carlton in Montego Bay is an idyllic escape and Rose Hall Plantation is the jewel in its crown.

Sandals Dunn’s River Villaggio Golf Resort & Spa

Bordered on one side by a stunning sweep of gorgeous green mountains and on the other by the best stretch of white-sand beach in Ocho Rios, Sandals Dunn’s River represents an amazing melding of Caribbean charm and opulence with an Italian Renaissance style lobby with its vaulted ceilings, marble columns and ornate staircase. We have carried through an Italian theme to our staff, bringing nearly two dozen performers, musicians and chefs directly from Italy.

Grand Pineapple Beach Negril

Nestled amidst lush greenery, swaying palm trees and manicured lawns, featuring whimsical, vividly hued architecture and a prime spot on one of the world's most beloved beaches, every inch of Grand Pineapple Beach Negril invites you to submerge yourself completely in the heart and soul of the tropics. Dig your toes into sugary white sands. Stroll aimlessly through luscious, scent-laden foliage. Lose all track of time in this intimate getaway, as you swim endlessly in sparkling turquoise waters. Remember that Jamaica Vacations are the cradle of the All Inclusive Vacations. It all started here more than 40 years ago.

You'll find restaurants in all of them to please all your tastes. The Jamaican and Caribbean Cuisine is delicious, but a little to hot for my taste. But you have to taste the world famous Jamaican Chicken Jerk.

Let's say that you are already married and that you already had your honeymoon, so what about a great Caribbean Family Vacation.
