Antigua and Barbuda
One beach for every day of the year
Antigua and Barbuda are located at the northeast corner of the Caribbean Sea, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the east. They are proud to declare that they have 365 beaches, one for every day of the year. These sister islands offer many options for vacationers in both of them, being Antigua more varied and active and Barbuda more laid back and relaxed. A visit to any of the islands will be your dream vacation. The white sand and the blue waters are spectacular. Spectacular view of Antigua
Antigua and Barbuda Weather The weather is very nice year round. It makes this country a desired destination anytime during the year. The Temperature in the summer oscillates on the upper eighties while in the months of winter a very attractive mid seventies Fahrenheit degrees. Like anywhere on the islands the constant breeze blowing from the northeast creates an illusion of coolness very well expected after long hot days. Like in the neighboring Island of Anguilla it rains, but those are tropical rains that go away as fast as they came. These showers may take a maximum of 15 minutes. The rainy season is from October to December, and the hurricane season in the Caribbean is from June to November. In the past 50 years Antigua has been hit by hurricanes just a few times. I recommend traveling to Antigua all year. Just note, that during the months of May to November it’s less expensive, while the tourist season is from December to April and therefore you’ll have to go deeper into your wallet.
